The  Kalkhoff Image 1 Advance electric city bike  is the old Agattu urban model, which presents slight aesthetic changes to the frame. This new frame platform features an open Comfort design, which makes getting on/off the saddle very easy. The step-over step is wider, with the battery no longer positioned against the seat tube, but on the diagonal tube.

Compared to its little brother (Image 1 Move), the Advance model benefits from an upgrade in terms of Bosch assistance, with the Active Line Plus motor and the Intuvia console. The Active Line Plus motor provides more efficient assistance, with smooth and harmonious behavior. It offers an ideal dosage for daily urban and peri-urban journeys. The Intuvia console provides more readability but also the possibility of recharging your smartphone via a USB port.

This e-bike offers relaxed driving, which is reflected both in the Bosch assistance and in the position on the saddle. The Kalkhoff Image 1 Advance has a frame geometry focused on comfort. Sitting on the saddle, you have a straightened torso and natural support on the handlebars, thanks to the curved handlebars and ergonomic handles. The little Pluses: the adjustable stem to precisely determine the height of the handlebars and the telescopic fork which absorbs shocks well (with the suspension seat post).

The Image 1 Advance is a 100% urban VAE, which carries all the useful accessories in town: the kickstand and the frame lock for peaceful parking, the luggage rack for loading your panniers, the mudguards to avoid projections wet, lighting for visibility. A chain guard is also provided to prevent dirt.
